About the project

Plately needed three apps — customer, courier and restaurant — on a startup budget. One Flutter codebase with role-based flavors shipped all three to both stores in under five months.

Live courier tracking runs over WebSockets onto Google Maps with smooth marker interpolation, and the restaurant dashboard turns incoming orders into a kitchen-friendly queue. Support tickets about "where is my order" dropped to nearly zero.
