About the project

PulseFit turns raw sensor data into coaching people actually follow. The app streams live heart-rate and motion data through HealthKit, then an on-device Core ML model adapts each training plan to how the user is actually recovering.

Social challenges keep users accountable — leaderboards, shared streaks and weekly duels — all synced in real time. The result: day-30 retention more than doubled compared to the client’s previous app.
